Tara Reid began her career as a commercialist when she was an infant. She gained a reputation for herself on Saved by the Bell: The New Class. She's played her characters with panache, despite the scrutiny. The actress eventually received a major breakthrough as Bunny in The Big Lebowski. This movie was an important move in her career. The actress began to receive better offers for films like Urban Legend, Cruel Intentions as well as other similar films. However it wasn't American Pie the cult movie about teenagers and sexual encounters that put Reid as a promising face on the horizon in Hollywood due to her character as the virgin Vicky. This did not lead to the big success of her Hollywood career. Reid was unable to become huge in Hollywood by appearing in films such as Josie and the Pussycats. A brief cameo on screen in American Pie 2 did nothing help her resurrect her career. Reid's off-screen blunders, a famous and infamous plastic surgery and her many flash-and-miss appearances have made her more of a party-goer or designer than an actress.
